Saudi Aramco’s JTTF current disposal of Crude Oil Tanks dewatering is via three Evaporation Ponds. However, the current treatment facilities does not meet safe environmental discharge limits of the evaporation pond effluent. Therefore, FK & Partner Co. with its Technical Partner H2O Tech provide effective solutions based on physical, chemical and advanced treatment to treat the JTTF evaporation pond wastewater for disposal into the safe environment, regardless of any changes in feed quality. The plant was installed under Build, Own, and Operate (BOO) by FK & Partner Company. The selected design is to treat and dispose of 250 m³/day of industrial wastewater.
